Do I need to be present to have my home organized?

It depends on the project, but spaces with significant decluttering tend to go best with you present so decisions feel aligned and intentional.

Do I need to do anything before our first decluttering session?

Nope — in fact, it’s most helpful when everything is left as-is so we can see the space in its current, honest state.

What happens with all my stuff that has been decluttered from the space?

We handle donation removal for you each visit by loading items into my car and making sure they are dropped off responsibly.

Do I have to pay 100% upfront?

No, a $100 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance outlined based on your project plan.

How much cleaning do you do?

While we're not a cleaning service, we do reset and clean each space as we organize so you’re left with a calm, clean, and functional area.

Is there a limit to how far you will travel?

We primarily serve Middlesex, Hartford, New Haven , and Tolland counties, but will travel for an additional fee.

Once you finish our home are you able to come back and refresh the spaces overtime?

Yes, maintenance and refresh sessions are always available and highly recommended to help your systems stay functional as life changes.
